Even when Trump is finally perhaps indicted, there's no way Trump, even in the best case, wouldn't be booked then almost immediately released on bail.
Fuck, even if he's finally not just indicted but convicted (after a trial that drags on for months or years), then sentencing will probably be scheduled a few months after the conviction.
When and if he's finally sentenced, expect a leisurely amount of time that Trump will be given to check himself into custody, which will probably just be house arrest anyway.
Best case for Trump actually, technically being "imprisoned": House arrest 2-3 years from now. He might easily die from age and fast food first.
