Garland should have indicted Trump before this judge was involved. Time matters in getting convictions. Trump mishandled, then stole classified documents for 5 1/2 years, and nothing was done about it.

I wouldn't be surprised if Trump is allowed to keep the classified documents, 6 Trump appointed judges await at the 11th circuit, hopefully they will do the right thing, but then Trump's new lawyer will appeal to the fascist Supreme Court. Delay, delay, delay is winning the day.
