11. We will have to and see but what he is doing is probably technically legal. These migrants have

been released from federal custody and are free to travel the USA while waiting their asylum hearings. From my understanding they are released with a cell phone and a small amount of money. AZ/TX/FL are offering them free transportation to different destinations. Most importantly they are having the migrants sign waivers in their native languages agreeing to the transportation and listing the destination they are being sent to. Those waivers will probably be dispositive of any legal liability. The reason is that but for the lack of coordination with the destination cities, this is the EXACT same process NGO/Charities use to transport migrants to different destinations in the USA. Now these NGOs coordinate with other NGOs to make the process smoother and don't drop them off in locations to make political points but if these migrants have the ability to travel the USA and they consent to the travel I cannot see any way this will be illegal.

with all my heart they would both be indicted. And me thinking that makes me sad and scared.
