Just thought you might like to know, ya' know, just in case you contract with this company.
FAA records show that both flights were chartered by Ultimate Air Shuttle, a luxury private jet company based out of Ohio that normally caters to corporate executives and sports teams.https://sanantonioreport.org/kelly-field-san-antonio-ron-desantis-migrants-flight-marthas-vineyard/

Nothing will change! The racism, fascism, misogyny, hatred and white supremacy...NONE OF IT...will change, unless and until we make racism, fascism, misogyny, hatred and white supremacy unprofitable to the corporations, businesses and individuals that fund and enable it.

A Summit County-based charter company finds itself in the midst of the national immigration debate.
Two aircrafts from Ultimate Jet Charters based out of the Akron-Canton Airport in Green reportedly flew about 50 immigrants from Florida to Martha's Vineyard.
The unexpected arrival of the immigrants on Wednesday to the island just south of Cape Cod that is a popular summer destination for tourists made national headlines and left residents and officials there scrambling to find a place to shelter the new arrivals.

(37,163 posts)There's definitely money to Vertol for relocation.
Or, from the article below, that $615,000 was part of $12 million the Florida Department of Transportation had marked for this purpose, so there might be (probably are) multiple companies on the gravy train.

Gov. Ron DeSantis administration last week paid an aviation company $615,000 as part of a new Florida program to relocate immigrants lacking permanent legal status out of the state, according to state records.
Records show the company, Vertol Systems Company Inc., was paid on Sept. 8. A week later, DeSantis took credit for sending a group of 48 migrants most, if not all, from Venezuela to Marthas Vineyard, a summer island destination for the rich and powerful in Massachusetts.
Vertol Systems website shows it is based in Hillsboro, Oregon, but has operations in Destin in Floridas Panhandle.
The payment, which records say was for a relocation program of unauthorized aliens, was made by the Florida Department of Transportation, which earlier this year received $12 million to transport unauthorized aliens from this state to other parts of the country.

unprofitable to the corporations, businesses and individuals
Would that include arresting DeMantis for kidnapping? Would the charter company withdraw if they though they might be next?

(15,378 posts)but, this isn't a business that doesn't carry my brand of beer, or flavor of Doritos. In that case, I will just go elsewhere.
But businesses that are involved in a despicable event like this, is different.
I can understand if they were unaware of what their planes were being used for, but once they do find out, they either come out a publicly denounce this racist crap, and take steps that they aren't used for racist, fascist stuff, or they care COMPLICIT.
I hope we hear a statement from this business denouncing this, or I would hope professional athletes and universities that use this company look elsewhere.
