If he is in front of a crowd and he yells:

"Boogalooga gorchun nordvolk" and the crowd yells it back, he will repeat that eleventy thousand times (a trump number) and then he emails that to them and asks for money.

I made up those words.

He is one of the stupidest people alive. Putin is not stupid but he is a murderer.
