If that's the case, I have got to wonder if DHS has been doing this in other cases???
This does not seem like a one time thing. Many charter flights for migrants are taken out of Kelly. They are relocated by the federal government. Many times DHS agents are on those planes.

This has been going on for years! No wonder no one gets asylum.

are career cvil servants. They weren't just hired when Biden took office and civil servants have no particular loyalty to any administration.

The scenario I came up with....

The DeSantis administration contacted the local field office of Homeland Security. The Tallahassee office maybe,.. at the state Capitol - also the Homeland office. Or vise versa - Homeland may
have contacted the DeSantis people. DeSantis and Homeland worked in conjunction to gum up and fuck up the migrants application for asylum.
By making fraudulent entries on the application for asylum they intentionally wanted to make application null and void so that no asylum hearing would ever be scheduled for a proper hearing. Because the asylum hearing was no longer available to them (due to fraud and trickery) this will soon trigger an immediate order for deportation.

This was the scheme all a long. DeSantis wanted these migrants who were seeking asylum to be denied asylum and ultimately deported off American soil. In order to achieve this result he elicited the help of Homeland Security to fudge up and gum up the paperwork to make the asylum application null and void due to fraudulent, misleading, and untruthful responses on the immigration documents requesting asylum.
Asylum will be denied. The next step by the immigration office will be to deport the family.

DeSantis got his wish. No to asylum - yes to deportation. His contacts at Homeland Security fraudulently gummed up the paperwork to mirror DeSantis' wishes - asylum red light - deportation green light.

DeSantis adamantly refuses to grant entry, provide refuge,.. or allow asylum to be granted to these people. DeSantis wanted these migrants immediately out of the country never to return. Homeland Security helped make it all possible.

DeSantis and his state gov minions involved in this illegal plot - should all be heavily fined then sent to jail. The personnel at Homeland Security who facilitated this criminal plot and fraudulently tamper with immigration documents and asylum applications should also be severely fined and jailed.

4. They did not sign the paper work. The paperwork was unsigned

https://www.nbcboston.com/news/national-international/surprise-is-key-part-of-migrant-travel-from-florida-texas/2836780/ An unsigned letter told migrants to notify U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services of address changes, though another agency, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, is responsible for tracking migrants, Henriquez said. “This is a terrible advice,” he said.

The migrants were also put in a motel by a strange woman named Perla who offered them money and gift cards. She hung out at McDonald's across from the SA Migration Center. The migrants go to the SA Migration Center after being released by ICE in Del Rio or Eagle Pass. They stay at the migration center for a few days while waiting the next step. The Migration Center is a center and not a detention. Migrants are free to come and go. Even after they are no longer staying there some are "homeless" and sleep on the streets. Perla met them there. (I live in SA and saw all the people sleeping outside last week)

Lots of migrants are flown around!

They fly out of Kelly, they also fly out of other places. DHS agents are often on those planes too.

No wonder no one obtains asylum

8. DHS Responded

Homeland Security officials pushed back on any notion of wrongdoing, saying Saturday they have nothing to do with the states’ transportation efforts and did not know which migrants had been taken to Martha’s Vineyard or what their forms said. Officials said migrants must declare a U.S. address before they are released and check in with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) until their cases are resolved.

Any information on the forms is based on what migrants have told the authorities, officials said.

When migrants are released, they are released from ICE detention at the border. The forms would have been filled out in Eagle Pass, not at the airport at Kelly Field.

I think the lawyer should show someone at DHS the forms. I can't picture someone at DHS putting their career on the line for a stupid flight that was chartered by Ron DeSantis. That's why I said if this is true, it's happening alot and it's widespread.

That's $12,300 a person, doesn't sound like he shopped around for the cheapest rate.
He must have been in a hurry to get them to Martha's Vineyard, damn the cost.
Been awhile since I've flown but I'd think it should have been under $500.
