But the tweet is quite correct. There are exactly four border states: California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. The two states governed by Democrats are border crisis free. The two governed by Republicans are supposedly in constant crisis, although the people who actually live near the border are like "crisis? What crisis?" (Insert Supertramp jokes here.)
