He will eat his first meal as a free man at supper tonight. The PROSECUTOR, Marilyn Mosby, argued for his freedom along with his defense attorney.

One witness claims to have helped Syed bury the victim's body. If that proves false, and it seems as if it is, that LIAR needs to serve the remainder of Syed's life without parole plus 30 years.

Next, the prosecutor asked the judge to set a new trial date and release Syed on his own recognizance, pending a decision on whether to go to trial.

The state contacted the victims brother to explain. Poor guy hasn’t been out since he was 17 years old. Never once admitted he did it, and they offered him a lot of plea deals too.
