(9,895 posts)Dave Deurson was a player for the '85 Bears, a member of the board of directors for the University of Notre Dame and a successful businessman who saw it all come undone and did many horrible things on his slide from achiever to eventual suicide.
Same thing happened with Junior Seau from the Chargers and USC...Mike Webster....and on and on and on the list and stories goes...
Herschel Walker belongs in treatment not in the Senate, but the fact that this race is remotely close is more horrifying. It means the blind partisanship and lack of actual understanding of the issues and the representation the people are sending to DC is endemic throughout the Confederacy once more.
These people are descended from traitors and proven susceptible to lies big and small to get them to do horrible things and belive insane things. It is very scary.

(1,311 posts)Walker allegedly has DID and CTE and probably has an IQ in the neighborhood of 70. It is inconceivable to me how anyone could vote for this man.

(156 posts)I would gather those who do eventually vote for him are within +/- 10 points of that number. Along with the folks who have been raised to believe every demonic trait ascribed to Democrats and liberals .
