About trump: Isn't all the fraudulent evidence the NY AG anounced today...

much the same as what Manhattan DA prosecutors had on trump earlier and were prepared to indict, yet their boss, Manhattan DA Bragg, shut the case down?

Sure makes one wonder what was up with that.

The NY AG's case is a civil case, which needs to be proved only by a preponderance of the evidence (51%). So the evidence in the civil case might not be enough to get a conviction in a criminal case.

filed to attest to all this that the AG's office spent years investigating? Isn't this a paper case?

that the paper doesn't always demonstrate the degree of intent that's needed to prove a criminal case. Since TFG doesn't use email, the testimony of others would be necessary to prove that TFG personally intended beyond a reasonable doubt that he intended to commit the fraud that's the basis of the NYAG's civil case. That evidence probably isn't in the paperwork.

not just rounding up or down amounts, but by two, three and four times actual value...I mean not what can be excused as "honest" mistakes?

.. how Billy Barr prostituted himself at the alter of the Orange Messiah.

The Manhattan DA Bragg could likely be a member in good standing in the Orange Messiah's KKKlub. Unwavering blind loyalty for some reason or other.
