For him, it's about the ratings. His behavior keeps his loyal base loyal. He'll continue to pull money in from the walking jawless fish who constitute his followers. Advertisers will continue to see his program as profitable.

Suing him won't end him. We need to do two things:

1. convince advertisers that supporting his show is business suicide.

2. get someone with real regulatory power to look at the shit he sells as "herbal supplements" or whatever. It's quackery and should be labelled as such.
