Stay in your lane.

Though I'd love to see a reporter push back on the concept of thought declassification: How would the people who handle these documents know the correct procedure for doing anything with them? Is this classified? Not classified? Re-classified? Can anyone see it now, or is it on a strict need-to-know basis? Do I have to examine them in a SCIF, or can I just check the documents out like a library book? Somebody needs to know the status of each document to assure proper handling, and I don't see the former guy as being a real meticulous record-keeper.
