They could not indict him because he was the President.

Now they cannot indict him because he is a former President.

He should have been indicted when he was President.

But, it would be a precedent if he were to be indicted now.

Now, he is a private citizen. He has no formal title. "Former President" only means that he was once the "President".

There can be no special favors for any private citizen, if he breaks the law.

I am with Merrick Garland. I think he is going to indict as soon as all the ducks are in order. But, it will be the right time.

I know it’s a civil case but I used charges.

They waited and continued to work.

That fluke win was the worst thing that ever happened to him.

was a bullshit rule the republican controlled justice department made up to cover up crimes committed by Reagan. And the Bush pardoned all of the convicted felons and people under investigation from the administration.

I remember his defense being “I don’t remember” and it coming out he had Alzheimer’s after he left office.
