House GOP Will Try to Impeach Biden If They Win Control

Rep. Nancy Mace said Sunday that some Republicans are thinking about impeaching President Joe Biden if they take over the House chamber following the midterm elections.

"I believe there’s a lot of pressure on Republicans to have that vote and put that legislation forward," Mace, R-S.C., told host Chuck Todd on NBC's "Meet the Press."

Mace added that if the impeachment vote happened, it would be "divisive," and that the House needs to work together.

She also said she would back whomever the GOP nominates, including former President Donald Trump.

In a temper tantrum of pure revenge.

Assuming Schumer still controls the Senate, he should either ignore the House, or dispose of the “articles” with a pre-trial motion to dismiss.

impeachments. Republicans are nothing if not petty bastards. The only difference in todays Republicans is that they are no longer ashamed of hatefulness, pettiness or lies. It has set them free.

That's one of the many reasons we need to hold the House. I am sure President Biden is well aware of this, and I am sure he is way ahead.

But, if Thugs get the House, there is no question that they will do this.

They will constantly do anything they can to disrupt government and keep their base riled up.
Additionally, if the Democrats win in 2024 they will NOT confirm a Democratic for President.
I am beyond worried.

They'll impeach both Biden and Harris as many times as they can, under whatever bullshit justifications they can offer.

And the dutiful media will treat it like it's a serious blot on Biden's presidential legacy, rather than calling out the GOP fuckheads who engineered it.

By impeaching Biden, they defang the power of impeachment against bad actors. It loses its power as a disincentive by overuse and abuse.

I think this is a technique borrowed from Russian disinformation techniques. The right has wholesale adopted the methods of Russian active measures.

There is nothing that I can think of in which there is evidence that would warrant an investigation, much less an impeachment.
Are they going to try and hang the FBI seizures in Beverly Hills on him? He doesn't run the DoJ, he also made nothing to do with any of the investigations about TFG or Jan 6.
There needs to be something that is unconstitutional to impeach him on.
