Former Trump Justice Department spokesperson Sarah Isgur said the special master reviewing Mar-a-Lago documents is pushing the former presidents legal team to put up or shut up regarding claims of planted materials and declassified documents.
Isgur, a political commentator, said Sunday on ABCs This Week that special master Judge Raymond Dearie was really taking the case to Trumps lawyers, who have refused to provide evidence supporting their clients claims that he declassified materials found last month at his Mar-a-Lago residence.
Dearie is telling the Trump lawyers they need to say in court, in a court filing that could be sanctionable, whether the president ever declassified anything, she said. Whether they actually believe and have evidence that anything was ever planted at Mar-a-Lago. All the things Trump is saying publicly, the judge is saying put up or shut up.
The FBI seized around 100 documents from Trumps Florida estate amid a probe into the former presidents alleged mishandling of top secret and classified documents and allegations he violated the Espionage Act.

Dearie stated that Trumps legal team has until Sept. 30 to release a declaration or affidavit that lists any documents in the FBIs inventory taken from Mar-a-Lago that Trump claims were not seized from the premises on August 8, 2022.
He also gave Trump's legal team until Sept. 26 to decide which documents they consider protected by attorney-client privilege, and until Oct. 14 to submit all of their privilege claims.

You just know that they have zero inventories drawn up, of any kind. They never even tried to draw up any. That's what competent lawyers would have done, day one. These bozos? HAHAHAHAHA
They thought they could bluster their way through the suit, no need for pesky evidence or due diligence. Isn't Needy Amin's word good enough? How dare you doubt him!
I bet Dearie also suspects that they were too lazy, inept and incompetent to draw up those inventories. It could well be that he's waiting for them to go right where he can smack them around the hardest.
If they and Mango Mussolini thought they hated Dearie now, wait until he mows them down for their half-ass inventories to come. I can 99% guarantee it's coming.
