just as tangled w/ former congresspersons too. A case in point, the Lobbying Industry. Every Industry, mine in particular, the telecommunications industry is chock full of former congresspersons.

And it seems rife w/ more former congresspersons despite tRUMP's promises to 'drain the swamp'. If anything, the swamp was deepened and expanded under tRUMP's term.

I can understand these people's needs to make a living, and that there are 1000s of lobbyists on every issue, so in short, I think that they cover each other for the most part, that is, if one side of an issue is represented, then the other side of an issue also, is represented (one would hope).

What would be bad is that the inordinate amount of money coming in to represent business interests vs. the private interests of the average citizen on the street. Sometimes I feel that the Supreme Court has erred heavily on the side of Corporate Interests vs. the private individual Interests of the everyday American citizen.

They (the Supreme Court) treats business entities as though they are out there voting like the rest of us, when in fact, they aren't. They are not able to 'walk' w/ their feet into the voting booth, etc., so why do they have an inordinate amount of sway w/ the Supreme Court, that they have rights (first amendment rights), etc., just like a living breathing person, when in fact, they aren't?

Why is business equated to the rights of the 330 million of us? I guess money goes way too far, since that is what business has (lots of money) and the rest of us don't (when compared to the vast sums being spent on issues important to business).
