He has done so only in his own mind, like Trump declassifying the security documents.
His minions are forced to pretend it is reality, but our media is not under any obligation to praise the emperor's new clothes.
If that's how the world works today, I hereby annex my next door neighbor's home, just by thinking it.

"Annex" is the word the White House is using.

If that's what media reports also say, then that's fine. However, if any media reports simply call it an "annexation", then they truly are reporting "fake news".
