(113,131 posts)we'll know they've stopped asking for change and are now demanding it.
That will happen about the time women simply stop wearing the veil in the cities, daring the cops to lock them all up. When massed cops and military start attacking enough mothers, sisters, daughters, and wives, the brickbats will start flying and that's when those mullahs will decamp for exile in Afghanistan.
And that is when change will be possible.
I wish them all luck, whatever happens.
