But, I mean, he was all in on it from the start and seems like he's forever pulling a "Everyone is terrible except me. You must always believe me. Not all those other horrible people - who, again, are everyone but me."
It's ballsy, I give it that.

(267 posts)Really if you read the history of the new right, the grift grew in tandem with the fundraising and the bare knuckle tactics. I think these guys changed the focus of who their enemies were but not their general way of operating. I think some are changing their way of thinking somewhat and others are adjusting their PR to get through this bump in the road. Time will tell who will fall into which categories.

At some point, liking some YouTube videos isn't enough to paper over grifting and covering up abuse.
