Never seen the courts in my time parry with a president like this

...serving as conservative monitors for every executive action this Democratic president takes.

A federal appeals court just temporarily blocked President Biden's student debt relief program.

Urged on by the republicans who seated them, the appeals court played politics today, granting a stay on Pres. Biden forgiving student debt right after the president's remarks on his efforts.

Politicizing the courts has become yet another republican hypocricy which they seemingly don't care who sees them practicing what they spent over a decade cynically bashing Democrats over, as long as they get what they want.

OK a little perspective is in order. 8th circuit did put student loan forgiveness program on hold but only for a few days while the parties get their arguments on the merits in. So gov has until Monday and states until Tuesday to reply. Then court will rule on whether to enjoin.
