voting at one of the most Democratic counties in NC (Durham). The early voting site was PACKED with voters. Had to wait in line.
I lived in another County for the 2018 and 2020 General Elections, so I have no historic basis for comparison, BUT, one of the poll workers told me she'd never seen it like this in her experience.
They hand out unique stickers in Durham County
"No Bull, I Voted". Here I am, sporting my sticker!
Go Roe your vote!

(22,689 posts)Could have mailed it in, like in 2020, but did in- person this time.
I waited until near closing hour. After 5 PM on a Sunday evening was a 5 minute process at my EV polling place.
My Roe vote will be Wednesday... A friend and I always go to the county offices to vote, and of course a good lunch after...

(2,967 posts)This SC woman voted this afternoon. I have a friend running for our Congressional seat as a write-in Candidate. Her opponent is a rethug nonentity named Will Timmons. Her name is Lee Turner. The seat was previously held by the odious Trey Gowdy.
