I'm going to do a little juxtaposing here. Mollusk overpaid and has set fire to $44,000,000,000 with his little bird flight of fancy; the grand prize for PowerBall today is listed at $1,500,000,000, but will probably go up before the drawing. Here's what I would do with a majority of the prize money (taken as a one-time payout of about $400,000,000 after taxes).

Start a foundation focused on protecting coral reefs

Start a foundation focused on lobbying Congress to aggressively combat climate change

Funnel money to the entrepreneur who figures out a way to efficiently clean up the great garbage patch in the Pacific Ocean

Invest money into organizations that are figuring out how to produce renewable building materials for coastal regions

Invest money into organizations that are figuring out how to renew coastal barriers

So, if I win, not only will I do this, but I will also call attention to the fat, little bi-valve's selfishness and worthlessness as King Oxygen Thief.

3. I'm good with your priorities and I would add one

Spend a nice sum on digging up more dirt on republicans and advertising it year around not just before elections when there are counterpoint ads full of lies against Dems. Would also do ongoing ads on what Dem Congress and President have accomplished for the non-top 2 percent. Who knows after one of wins the lottery and we wait a few months we might be able to buy Twitter at a fire sale 😄
