Though, if he is winning big county by 80+%, then he has a very good chance to hold off the same day votes. If he is under 70%, it's going to be close.

The OP is 27% of Allegheny County.

Here are the returns, 11% reporting, for Philadelphia County.

Fetterman is outperforming 2020 Biden in Allegheny and Philly. If Oz doesn’t catch up to 2020 Trump’s percentages in Allegheny and Philly, it’s over. Fetterman will outperform 2020 Biden throughout the state.

then the total out of Philly is going to be back-of-the-envelope 20k more than 2018.
