(6,928 posts)Also saw the exhibit at Sault Ste Marie. Both impressive and tough experiences.
When you climb the lighthouse (which we 70 yo ladies did), you think that you should be able to see a shipwreck from up there...you cannot.
It was on that trip with my college friends (we started the year we turned 60 and except for COVID, have taken at least one each year. On that trip I fulfilled my goal to see all of the Great Lakes...had not been to Huron or Superior before.
