Judge Freezes Alex Jones' Assets As He Faces Over $1 Billion In Damages For Spreading Sandy Hook Con

Judge Freezes Alex Jones’ Assets As He Faces Over $1 Billion In Damages For Spreading Sandy Hook Conspiracy Theories (Forbes)

TOPLINE A Connecticut judge has temporarily frozen conspiracy theorist Alex Jones' assets after concerns were raised he was "looting" his estate and hiding some of the $965 million in damages he owes to families of Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting victims, according to Bloomberg and Reuters, in the latest legal blow for the InfoWars host.

KEY FACTS

Judge Barbara Bellis made the ruling due to the possibility Jones is moving his wealth into shell companies run by members of his family.

Bellis ordered Jones to limit his spending to "ordinary living expenses," according to Bloomberg.

Jones' attorney argued in a court filing that Bellis' move to freeze his assets serves to "bolster Mr. Jones’s contention that the results of these proceedings were rigged and that the court appeared partial to the plaintiffs," Bloomberg reported.

BTW Jones is getting in deeper and deeper shit if he moves and tries to hide his money
and i think the court could put his ass in jail.

BTW I smile at the thought of Deputy Sheriff standing there as really tough people show
up and take all his stuff including his homes.

with various family members (usually his parent(s)) as owners or part owners of the various layers.

He's not as smart as he thinks he is, but he is very deceitful, so unraveling all this will be a chore.

And there's no way in hell he's going to abide by any sane definition of "ordinary living expenses" so expect that to be an issue sooner rather than later.

If he saw this coming... couldn't he have purchased 100kg of gold and put it in a Swiss safety box? Legally?

would and should check for hidden assets, if they are concerned so this should too. As long as the lawsuit was in the works, they should be able to but I don't know the law there, I do know we could ask a judge in Canada to do a forensic audit.
