(4,298 posts)When i was growing up downside meant "loss" not lower "profit" Then when a business broke even it wasn't a catastrophe just meant we owners worked harder and grew our business to profitability.
When your "profit" falls from RECORD HIGHS it's not a loss.

Every labor issue results in some degree of public relations. This type of thing could shift opinion toward the workers which is the opposite of what the carriers want.
A stupid, self-inflicted wound, and that's ignoring the fact that it's complete nonsense.
