the evidence all points directly to FP45 also committing seditious conspiracy, since they were following his plans, tweeted and emailed and texted, and not only showed up for the January 6th insurrection, but were stashing weapons in Virginia, to try to subvert the constitution and keep him in office. Just the evidence from the television interview clips is enough to convict. A 6th grader could come to that conclusion.
