7. My suspicion is that Krieg Butler Sr. will have ties to White Supremacy groups sheilding him.

Somehow the police, prosecutors office and the judge all turned a blind eye to an obvious murder.

He's being shielded like police officers have been. It seems that town has some sort of insidious system in place that has not been examined an repaired in spite of more DEM judges being elected.

SOME of them changed from reTHUG to DEM.... maybe to make it appear that DEM balance is happening, but they still rule for the rights of whites?

It's horrible because the Judge that accepted the dismissal is a DEM and supposedly politically "non=partisan" guess that means he's a DEM but open to being "bought" by the other side. I don't see anywhere that he was formerly reTHUG, though.

The dude is clearly a first class scumball.

Butler has a prior conviction from 2019 for misdemeanor domestic violence in Franklin County Municipal Court. Federal law bars people with domestic violence convictions from carrying firearms, putting them under what is commonly called disability. 

Ohio law does not have a prohibition against people with misdemeanor convictions for domestic violence from carrying firearms. Ohio law prohibits convicted felons from having firearms in their possession.

Because Butler's conviction would bar him from having a gun only under federal law, Franklin County prosecutors cannot file that charge against him. 

No charges have been filed in federal court as of Thursday afternoon.
