Just A Box Of Rain
(5,104 posts)I know one (a woman) who actually just bought a Tesla.
This week we've had heavy rains here in LA. I'm informed that she is really (really) pissed off--as evidently, when it rains and one opens the door of a Tesla, a boatload of water pours inside.

I have never understood why businessman alienate their customer base.
Whether it be Musk or Lindell.
Thought the rule was to maximize shareholder wealth.

(16,426 posts)At a certain point, these guys get too impressed with themselves and their own success. They begin to believe that everyone is as impressed with them as they are with themselves and think that because they are so successful, they must really be geniuses and can't ever be wrong about anything.
Then, when they inevitably find out that they ARE wrong about something, they are absolutely shocked and astounded, because they didn't believe such a thing was possible!
