But this is a soup sandwich, and we are all going to be asked to take a bite.

America screwed the pooch with this one.

Puting these asspickles in charge, less than two years after the fucksticks almost pulled off a violent coup, makes about as much sense as a Football Bat.

America is not only being told that you can polish a turd, we are being told it's ok to pick up the turd with your bare hands, as long as your grab it by the "clean" end.

That's about all the Navy metaphors I can think of to describe the shitshow that is coming.

and grudges are held. Is is just possible that voting with him on other things become objectionable?

Possible net gain for us in the house. Not party changes just spiteful votes.

Yea that would be pretty evil but...

I would be happier if it was the moderate or even non criminal arch conservatives holding out because of his role on January 6 including the run up and aftermath. Instead, the no votes are those crazier than him! The way Cheney and Kinzinger were treated suggests that the former group is either too small, too cowardly, or maybe nonexistent.

What that means is McCarthy may have no fear from the center. Fear will move him further to the right. This will be a pretty sad House this Congress.
