Not exactly a practical truck for people who need to pile camping stuff up in the back of a bed, pick up a bunch of home repair or renovation items at the hardware store, or want to help friends move for beer and pizza.
Looks like you can only put a single layer of binned or boxed items in the back.
However, it's probably good enough as an IKEA store delivery service vehicle. Or maybe for Instacart or Shipit type deliveries.

My 2ND car was a 1967 El Camino. Bought it used in 1976. It was my very own mullet...business in the front, party in the back.

I loved that hunk of junk

The Ford F-150 Lightning is a battery electric full-size light duty truck unveiled by Ford in May 2021 as part of the fourteenth generation Ford F-Series. Four models have been announced, and all models initially will be dual-motor, four-wheel-drive, with EPA range estimates of 230–300 mi (370–480 km). The base price of the commercial-grade version all-wheel drive (AWD) truck in the United States was announced to be US$39,974, with higher-power/trim/range models priced all the way up to US$90,000.[5] The F-150 Lightning began production on 26 April 2022.

Ford was first out of the block, Chevy and GMC won’t be far behind.

There are some key issues that need to prove out, towing, durability, 4WD performance, but once these have been addressed (honestly, it’s just going to take time to trust the new tech) combustion engines will be in the rear view.

As an active daily stock trader... I'm expecting TSLA to possibly dip once again in January and hit 200 again before Summer.

But hey... no one is forcing anyone to buy a car/truck.
