Shame on those Americans that would put Party over Country.

Even when given the opportunity to make a change, they stuck with their Party.

Knowing what they were doing was evil and wrong, yet they endured. They voted. They supported. They defended their Party and their leaders.

They cannot admit to themselves the shame they should feel.

They have done great harm to us all.

My New Year's wish is that we can somehow find a way to come together without having to pay too high of a price.

1. And if we don't accept their "right" to control the country,

they talk about civil war, or seceding from the Union.
They're willing to kill hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people to get their way.
That, of course, requires rejection of the rule of law as it now stands. Their "rule of law" is based on the idea that there needs to be a ruling class to lord it over the rest of us.
Very much a Putin style autocracy.

You might as well wish for world peace, or some other fantasy that has no chance of happening.
