Columbia, which is a more "blue "area of the state is all gerrymandered into Jim Clyburn's district (6th), rather than in the 2nd District (You Lie Wilson's). That whole area is a nearly surrounded by the 2nd District. If the lines were properly drawn, there's a good chance that the 2nd District would be, at the very least, a swing district. They gerrymandered most of the Dems into Clyburn's district, at the expense of the 1st and 2nd Districts.
