On Team Biden's handling of the documents

The initial discovery triggered an appropriate response to do a comprehensive search of the President's residences and offices. The search turned up a limited number of classified documents, which was immediately reported to DoJ as is protocol; DoJ then took custody of the material.

This is how a competent and mature team treats a breach of established protocol rather than obfuscate, delay and try to weasel out of responsibility and accountability.

Fuck off, media.

which is the charge Trump will face. Had he cooperated (as if) we never would have heard about documents in his possession.

Justice matters.

REFUSED TO COMPLY FULLY WITH A LEGALLY-ISSUED DOJ SUBPOENA

They would have made something up anyway, but this makes it easier for them.

Biden needs to establish and announce a task force to investigate how classified documents are tracked because obviously they are not. If UPS and FedEx can track millions of packages a day, the federal government should be able to track classified documents and ensure they are retrieved by the end of an elected official’s term.

The whole classification system also needs an overhaul. One of Hillary’s classified documents found on her server had to do with a planned meeting with a foreign government representative that was public knowledge.

especially one that far exceeds the digital age, may have some paper documents laying around.
Biden has been in government service for 50 or so years, first as a senator, then vice president for 8 years and now president.
If anything, we may want to take a look at how these documents are tracked.
I don't think there is any rational person out there thinking that Joe Biden was doing anything nefarious with these documents.
