U.S. Expected to Hit Debt Ceiling Limit This Week. And GOP Up To Their Old Tricks



I don't know about you, but I'm sick and tired of Republicans playing chicken with the jobs, services, resources and investments of the American people. There should be consequences for their actions.

1. If I recall correctly, countries are moving off of the USD as a basis for their economies.

There were scores that did before 2008 and their economies suffered greater losses than countries that were not tied to the USD.

After 2008, a bunch of countries moved off of the USD to insulate their economies, since the USD could not longer be trusted as being stable. I think there are a couple dozen countries that use the USD, and a default might change that.

This might have far reaching goals to the economy if Republicans want to touch that third rail.
