A pattern has developed among judges, courts, that are bad news for Trump.

For many decades Trump was involved in thousands of lawsuits. He had lots of practice. He surrounded himself with corrupt lawyers and he learned from them how to manipulate the Justice system.

Trump learned, most likely from lawyers, if you get caught committing a crime. Don't deny it took place, instead use the media to say what happened was not a crime. Use lawyers to say in court it is not a crime. The documents were declassified. The documents are keepsakes. All presidents take home documents, Are just a few examples. He does this all the time. Trump also will blame others for the crimes he committed.

Trump also learned to file frivolous lawsuits against his enemies. He does this all the time. He learned how to delay the Justice system.

I have noticed lately many judges, courts have had enough of Trumps games. His lawyers have been paying a big price for filing frivolous lawsuits. I have noticed judges have had enough of his delay tactics. I have also noticed judges are blaming Trump for the attack on the Capital in the trials of the people who stormed the Capital. They have had enough of Trumps lies.

The perception Trump is genius comes from the 50 plus years where he learned from lawyers, had lots of practice, to manipulate the justice system. The problem is Trump learned little else in his life. He is ignorant, incompetent, a damn fool.

Yes, Trump did get away with a lot of things during his life long crime spree. But he got caught at everything. For most of his life he failed at almost everything. During most of Trumps life, he was a small time crook who learned how to manipulate the justice system.

On Jan 6th, Trump joined the major leagues when it comes to crimes. Judges, the courts, have had enough of his games that he used throughout his life. They are not working this time. Ask trumps lawyers if you don't believe me.

his dad, and Roy Cohn.

Domestic and foreign oligarchs are funding Trump, and his Magat followers. Trump isn't paying lawyers out of his own pocket. The RNC was paying for them while he was president, maybe they are still paying them?

... Trump was too stupid to realize is that once he appointed a judge, that person became autonomous and he had no leverage over them.

He could not "fire" them if they chose to decide against him - they were not contestants on a TV show.

Once appointed, no 'loyalty' could be expected, and no threat against them would hold any sway.

are a series of insults, threats, innuendo, and grievances not grounded in law..subpoenas are appealed, judges are maligned..and you're right, January 6 catapulted Trump into a new dimension of culpable criminality...a sitting president plotting a coup, inciting a violent insurrection to overthrow the government of the United States (televised)..a singular event, unprecedented in modern American history...while in office he had the myth of a sitting president cannot be indicted, but a former president can be indicted, held to account for a lifelong career of evading criminal prosecution...

Trump has one strategy, to delay everything, and his strategy is working. It isn't as much about winning and losing.

The delay strategy isn't as effective at the state level.

In spite of all of the evidence against him, he is still living in his Florida Palace and running for President. So the question becomes, "Who is the fool?"

The end of this story may be when Trump dies of natural causes in one of his palaces. The only place we will find justice is in the dictionary.

most people cannot afford to do.
This is perhaps the Achilles heel of our justice system. I think in the UK there are much more aggressive and quicker sanctions on lawyers who file frivolous lawsuits.
