Reeling Trump Withdraws Lawsuit Against Letitia James After Getting Punched In The Wallet

It is not a coincidence that Trump withdrew his lawsuit against New York AG Letitia James less than a day after being hit with almost a million dollars in sanctions in Florida for his frivolous lawsuit against Hillary Clinton.

ABC News reported:

The withdrawal came in a brief document filed Friday morning with U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrooks, who late Thursday warned Trump’s legal team that the lawsuit appeared to verge on frivolous.

“Plaintiff, PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP, by and through his undersigned counsel and pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i), hereby voluntarily dismisses his claims in this action against Defendant, LETITIA JAMES, without prejudice,” the letter said.

Trump’s suit against James accused her “intimidation and harassment” and of making repeated “attempts to steal, destroy or control all things Trump.”

The lawsuit was a political stunt intended to make Trump look 'strong' as he continues to get his clock cleaned in courts around the country. The sanctions imposed by the judge in relation to Trump's lawsuit against Hillary Clinton appear to have gotten through to him and his lawyers.

I will bask in the reflected glory of Dump's utter, miserable failure and I hope the rest of his life is a living hellhole of bankruptcy, shame, and humiliation...

For five years I have started a new day wishing for nothing good to happen to Trump that day.
This makes me all giddy just to see others feel the same. Of course I have hoped for a massive stroke
to be fall him.

It explain why Trump so quickly dismissed his suit against NY AG James. It was pending in the same court, before the same judge who issued the sanction order for the Clinton RICO case.

He is capable of learning. Or Habba is.

told us something I didn't know.. about the same Court and Judge.

Not sure he's capable of anything but certainly his lawyer doesn't want to pay anymore $$$$ out to NY AG James.

from his rabid cult followers. I wonder if his lawyers refused to move forward with the case because they know judges are getting tired of Trump using the courts to delay, delay, delay.

He’s so used to suing down, to people that worked on his buildings like plumbers, electricians, etc. Then they would have to settle for 60% of what he owed them.
Not the same with people who have the resources to go after him also.

This opinion discusses the NYAG case, the Pulitzer Prize Committee case, the CNN lawsuit and some other fun TFG lawsuits. TFG was going to be sanctioned by the judge for this case
