Just how deep does the rot go? Who here thinks that Trump did not know that the NYC's FBI field ...

... office with Charles McGonigal was on Putin's (Deripaska's) payroll in 2016? And who else was
aware of and or working the dirty FBI NYC office's connection to Russia? Comey, Rudy, Flynn, Stone,
Nunuz, Manafort, and or News Corp (Fox News)?

Every time Trump said "fake news" as per the connections between Trump and Russia he was lying.

McGonigal is most likely the tip of the spear guy in the NY office.

Saw a photo of him and his wife walking from (I think) a courtroom. Not happy campers. They know the gig is up. Time to start naming names!

Still amazes me how easily these professional men and women sold their souls for money. Or whatever.

Time to clean and santitize the stables!

Botany, at the risk of sounding like a conspiracy theorist, I think there are many observable by the general public curious connections in several senses over the last 30 years that could be tied to the rot. This was an enterprise, an influence game, a protection racket for influential people's private financial interests.

'nuff said.

When Bragg dropped Pomerantz's case against tfg just as it was finishing up, sirens went off in my head. Tfg skating away yet again. And yes, I know Bragg says he has reopened the case. I'd bet my left arm that that investigation goes on for years and years and years, circling and circling and never going anywhere.

I used to know someone who worked in a field office in Virginia who was a low-level employee who told me that a lot of their agents despised Hillary. At the time I didn't know whether to believe her or not, but in hindsight now I do. I also remember some of my college professors who taught human resources classes always maintained that the clerical workers sometimes know a whole lot more of what is going on behind the scenes of an organization than anyone higher up suspects. This woman that told me this was in a clerical position. She said, "They (meaning the agents) think just because we're women and clerical that we are stupid."

Hey, some can dislike Hillary, Obama and now Biden. I get that. But pure hatred can turn formerly "honest brokers" of the law to nefarious moves like taking Russkie cash, leaking news to the media, throwing a wrench in Republican trials with lies, fake statements and more. Weeding out any institutionalized hatred for all things progressive (read: Democratic) will take time but more importantly, it will take a determined, years-long and serious effort to dump agents who exhibit such biases.

refused to allow any of secret service people that protected tfg to be the agents that protected him and his family, that was a clue. How do we know there aren’t fbi agents that dislike Biden as well and that they aren’t the ones finding the secret documents. True the first people to find documents were his lawyers. After that it has been fbi agents at his home finding them. How can we trust that they aren’t corrupt agents planting them.

14. In 2016, the FBI knew that Russians had hacked into the election equipment of 39 states.
Tue Jan 24, 2023, 09:23 AM
Jan 2023

They looked at Illinois specifically and found that Kremlin-linked hackers attempted to alter or delete information from voting systems' databases. This was before the election. After Trump won, the FBI said that the election had not been compromiaed by Russia, but given what we have been learning about Russian influence on at least some in the FBI, was that the case in 2016?

After the 2016 election, most states beefed up their elections systems to help thwart future cyberattacks, and we saw no evidence reported of such attacks for the 2020 election. To me, the 2016 election still remains questionable in terms of whether Russia was able to change enough data to affect the outcome. I doubt we will ever know now because I don’t think it was investigated in the closing days of the Obama administration, and if any investigation had been stated Trump would have shut it down immediately.

“The hackers reportedly gained access to Illinois' voter database, which included names, date of births, gender and partial social security numbers of nearly 15 million people. Around 90,000 records were found to be successfully compromised.

Although the attacks are believed to have failed to effectively tamper with the US presidential election, one former senior US official expressed concerns about Russia now having the opportunity to build on their knowledge of US voting systems before the next presidential election. Officials reportedly indicated that it is highly likely that Moscow could use this knowledge for further targeted attacks.“
