The new (risky) GOP election meme...

...seems to be that the President was elected by "entitled" voters who want "treats", who've become "dependent" on Government goodies, and who choose to vote for the Party that provides the goodies. Think "the 47%". Except that the 47% seems to have grown to the "51%". This is good for keeping the aging white "give us our country back" voters, but it doesn't give them a way to expand their voter pool.

reduce the workweek to 36 hours.
