Relocation Suggestions for Repubs

So, I overheard one of the rabid wingnuts talking today about moving out of the country because we're going to turn into a Socialist Paradise under Obama.

"Well, I can't move to Canada, they're socialistic. I can't move to Australia, they're socialistic. I can't move to England, they're socialistic, too. So, where can I go?"

Naturally, this is an older guy who uses quite a bit of of his Federal health benefits. And he wants to move somewhere that's not a Socialist country?

I was thinking of suggesting Costa Rica, because that seems to be the new hideout for the rich and libertarian. But they have socialist health care, too. So, where can I suggest for this guy to move to?
