I'm confident Obama has it. Its a procedural problem. Less than .5% margin of victory triggers an automatic recount. Margin now is just over that, but there are tens of thousands of absentee and provisional ballots to count by hand to determine the actual margin of victory. All those ballots are from Miami-Dade, so there's no chance Romney wins.
