For me...that point is a given regarding W's record as a family curse. FarPoint Nov 2012 #3

First off...he looks like a bloated toad these days. Looks unhealthy. That in itself is a hard sell.

Four years from now....he may look like Chunk from the Goonies movie.

Jeb may be pretty sane for a Repub, but still, people remember how ineffective his brother was.

Plus, the Obama campaign team will be available for our 2016 adventure. ...can't get any better.

We need to prepare for 2014.

Democrats not showing up caused the 2010 loss. That loss let Republicans gerrymander themselves a house majority last night.

What we need to brace for is the fact that federal elections happen every 2 years, not every four years.

But there's this minor thing which is somewhat more proximate, the 2014 midterms. That's when we can turn the tables on the tea party and their lunatic Republican fellow travellers once and for all.

Plus, in spite of all the prognostication here, nobody knows who are going to be the presidential nominees in four years. It's a fun but a rather useless exercise at this point in a game which is at least three years in the future.
