he was talking about how he does research and kind of slipped out that recently Romney's "people" came to see him and said they had "proof" about something to do with Benghazi. Woodward asked what it was, and found it was all worthless 3rd hand information, telling him to go see so and so, and basically asking HIM to dig and find something, "they had nothing".
Anyway, it's just more proof of what a freaking slimeball Romney is.
