I LOVE Nancy Pelosi. Let's start there. But she may not be willing to continue as Leader. So if not her, then who?

Steny Hoyer is probably next in line. The homer part of me says yes to a guy from Maryland. But the reality is otherwise. He is too conservative to suit me.

Then there is James Clyburn. That would be good, if for no better reason than the optics. I like the guy a lot but really don't know what his leadership abilities are.
