Georgia State law: Criminal solicitation to commit election fraud.

It is clear to me DA Willis is going to indict multiple people. I have been searching for possible crimes Trump may be charged with.

Criminal solicitation to commit election fraud in the 1st degree is a felony. In the 2nd degree it is a misdemeanor.

I believe Trump is guilty in the first degree with the phone call evidence. If convicted Trump would face 1 to 3 years.

That would be a good start to hold Traitor Trump accountable.

Trump may be facing other more serious charges but they me be harder to prove. One that is interesting is, conspiracy to defraud the people of Georgia of a fair election. Trumps phone call included Meadows and two other lawyers. He conspired with them to have Brad Raffensperger find 11,780 votes. This is a serious felony.

Fani Willis said "imminent".. so does that mean this week/next week/next month?..I know justice is slow moving but until there are actual indictments, anything that comes out of the Atlanta DA's office is a teaser nothing more..

Why are some people so concerned about when? It does not matter when. It's going to happen, Willis made it clear when she was talking to the judge. When you ask when, you will never get an answer until it happens, so what's the point.

When Willis was talking to the judge she said she did not want the Special Grand jury report released in order to protect future defendants, plural. Let's hope Trump is one of them.

and his enablers are publicly charged..for me a surprise news conference with a list of indictments a la Letitia James and her lawsuit of Donald Trump and family would be preferable to waiting apprehensively for the big reveal..

That is far preferable to telling a other DUer to shut up.

my post was in regards to Fani Willis's "imminent" teaser..I said unless there is a charge I'd prefer nothing disclosed until there is an actual indictment, not the promise of one..
