So when does Biden announce his re-election plans?

I happen to think he will run for re-election, but I'm curious how long others think it will take. When do you think he will officially announce his plans?

Edited for recent past re-election timelines:

Obama did it on April 4, 2011. W Bush did it on May 16, 2003. Clinton did it on April 14, 1995.

But who knows, maybe Biden will buck the trends and announce late.
