Cops shoot dead double amputee trying to hobble away on his stumps
A double amputee was shot and killed by police officers as he tried to hobble away on his stumps after jumping off his wheelchair.
Anthony Lowe Jr, 36, a father-of-two, was shot at least eight times by three Huntington Park police officers in California on Thursday.
Lowe stabbed another individual unprovoked, according to cops.
Video footage shows Lowe on the ground behind his wheelchair and trying to run away from two police officers on his stumps.
