"SNIP.........

Pete Buttigieg said Thursday that he’s planning on staying in his job as Transportation secretary, which he called “the best job in the federal government,” Politico reports.

Said Buttigieg: “I don’t have any plans to do any job besides the one I’ve got.”

“He swatted aside questions about any plans to run for president in 2024 or a bid for an open Senate seat in Michigan.”

I love Pete. I wish he could run with Joe for VP. I wish him the best in 2028.

Edit to add: Same opinion I posted when candidate Biden was considering. VP pick.

That’s not a swap at Biden is it?

Edit to add: Same opinion I posted here when candidate Biden was considering a VP pick.

I hope he does run for prez someday. He's so articulate & handles republicans & the media with such finesse. Obama had those skills, too.

The pundits all want to go "See? I told you - he's going to run."
Pete is too smart to play that game. He's a smart young guy with a bright future.
There's no reason to get in trouble with his boss (JB) now.
