Tom Fitton, the president of Judicial Watch, is currently appearing before a grand jury inside the DC federal courthouse. At least one prosecutor from special counsel Jack Smith's office is present.

Fitton proves trump's criminal intent. Fitton was a part of the Big Lie, done before the results of the election.

Fitton advised trump on the stolen classified documents.

Jack Smith needs to flip Fitton.
