In reference to: 5th Circuit strikes down the federal statute prohibiting possession of firearms while subject to a domestic violence-related restraining order

If you've ever read one of Judge James Ho's concurring opinions, you'll find that he often writes them explaining something that has no point (I recall reading one where he just rambles on about the size of "big gub'ment" ) but he writes them and wraps them up in legal jargon. They're Fox News op-eds wrapped in legal jargon that lower court judges can then cite and legitimize them.
